Deposit and Payment Terms

Bookings done well in advance are confirmed on receipt of 50% of the quoted price.The balance is due 30 days prior to services commencing.

Daily trips reserved just days prior to the fishing trip, full amount is required in advance.

Cancellations

Refunds will be made of the deposit provided the cancellation occurs with notice in writing at least 30 days prior to start of the booking. Should this occur the deposit is refundable less 20%.

Cancellations after 30 days or during the booking for whatever reason will incur forfeiture of the total quoted cost by the way of funds paid.

Liability

Although every attempt is made to maintain our boat in top condition, breakdowns can occur, and we do not hold ourselves responsible for any costs that may be incurred as a result of boat being unable to put to sea, other than the return of any deposit for the day in question.
